Each of our architecture and interior design projects, from high-end residential to hospitality and commercial spaces, comprises this unique blend of talent and process. When it comes to patterns, we find that stripes, checks, plaids and even some florals will never go out of style. In terms of the scale of the pattern, we find that wallpaper with a smaller size pattern tends to feel more subtle and in turn, more timeless. As with most things, we prefer natural material wallpapers like grasscloth, linens, or papers with a woven natural fiber.

Yes, I know they are “out” and colorful kitchen and dark cabinets are in, but I personally have never followed the trends. I think people should live with and how they like, if you love the farmhouse look, or are a minimalist, love white rooms and furniture, enjoy. It’s no secret wallpaper has gone in and out of style over the last century but I would argue, when chosen right, wallpaper can be timeless and tasteful.
